In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from The Hersh Bed you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
As much as we want you to love your Hersh Bed purchase, we understand you may change your mind and that's ok. To ensure eligibility for a return, kindly make sure the product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.
Please contact us to organise a return within 14 days of purchase. Postage and handling is covered by the purchaser to send the item back. The Hersh Bed is not responsible for lost parcels, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all parcels as proof of shipment.
