RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
As much as we want you to love your Hersh Bed purchase, we understand you may change your mind and that's ok. To ensure eligibility for a return, kindly make sure the product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.
Please contact us to organise a return within 14 days of purchase. Postage and handling is covered by the purchaser to send the item back. The Hersh Bed is not responsible for lost parcels, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all parcels as proof of shipment.
