We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer 14 day returns on all eligible items. Items must be unopened, unused, with all tags attached. Postage will need to be covered by you to return the goods.

International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer a discounted flat fee rate for shipping at $20 AU. 

Delivery During Peak Periods:

Times may vary during seasonal peaks such as Christmas. As such we suggest selecting express during these periods. 

Import Taxes & Duty Charges:

May apply for international orders outside of Australia. Please note that international customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities (including couriers) in the country of receipt. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

All customers are responsible for any import customs, duties, fees and taxes which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. The Hersh Bed is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from The Hersh Bed you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

As much as we want you to love your Hersh Bed purchase, we understand you may change your mind and that's ok. To ensure eligibility for a return, kindly make sure the product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.

Please contact us to organise a return within 14 days of purchase. Postage and handling is covered by the purchaser to send the item back. The Hersh Bed is not responsible for lost parcels, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all parcels as proof of shipment.
